1. Enrollment Policy
Admission lene se pehle student ko sabhi academic requirements puri karni hogi. 16 saal se kam umr ke bacchon ka enrollment kewal vishesh sthitiyon mein aur parents ki sahmati se hi kiya jata hai.
2. Fee Structure & Refunds
Fee structure har batch aur program ke liye alag ho sakta hai. Website par di gayi fees kewal ek andaza hai.
- Refud Policy: Coaching chhorne par fees ka refund kewal pro-rata basis par aur nirdharit samay-seema (10 days) ke andar hi sambhav hai.
- Verify First: Kisi bhi payment se pehle office se raseed (Receipt) aur confirmation zaroori hai.
3. Code of Conduct
Teaching Axis ek anushasit (Disciplined) sansthan hai. Kisi bhi tarah ka durvyavahar (Misconduct), anushasanheenka (Indiscipline), ya coaching property ko nuksaan pahunchane par enrollment turant radd (Cancel) kiya ja sakta hai.
4. Intellectual Property
Coaching dwara diya gaya sabhi study material aur notes Teaching Axis ki sampatti hai. Iska vyavsayik upyog (Commercial Use) ya unauthorized distribution qanoonan jurm hai.
Jurisdiction
Kisi bhi qanooni vivad (Legal Dispute) ki sthiti mein nyay kshetra (Jurisdiction) kewal **Begusarai Court** hoga.
